Interestingly enough I’ve been getting requests to do more presentations along these lines. At our next meeting I’ll be covering basic sales and marketing ideas.
It is timely for us since we are going through a big sales, marketing, process flow, development methodology overhaul at Talman at the moment. Our technical skills, focus, strategies etc aren’t changing, rather we are just reviewing how we market ourselves to clients.
