I’m pretty sure the term ‘social infrastructure’ is going to be used to death now, given that Mark Zuckerberg used it at least 14 times in his latest Facebook manifesto.
It’s a good post, or at least I think it is – I haven’t actually read it all, since it comes in at almost 6000 words. But thankfully Recode has a nice summary here.
Would love to know how many of the people who liked, shared or commented have actually ready it in full, and thoughtfully considered its message:
But then again it probably doesn’t really matter whether anyone reads it, as long as they share it and leave a comment they feel as though they’ve been involved. Because that’s what social infrastructure often enables.
